Pamela Bobowski
Founder and Managing Attorney

After personally navigating the probate process, Pamela C. Bobowski founded Trusted Law Corporation in 2015 to help families avoid the stress, cost, and uncertainty that can arise when planning is incomplete or unclear. The firm focuses on thoughtful estate planning that protects loved ones while remaining practical and easy to maintain as life evolves.
Pam approaches estate planning through the lens of a seasoned litigator. Having seen firsthand how disputes arise in court, she designs estate plans to anticipate potential problems and minimize the risk of future litigation. In addition to estate planning, Trusted Law also handles trust administration, probate, and estate litigation.
Pam is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Leif M. Clark, a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Texas. She is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and Massachusetts.
Prior to founding Trusted, Pam spent more than a decade as a litigator: prosecuting criminals as a Deputy District Attorney for Fresno County, representing San Francisco clients in landlord-tenant disputes, and defending Fortune 500 companies in complex civil litigation.
Originally from Queens, New York, Pam traded the East Coast for the West Coast in 1992 and has been a Bay Area for over 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and staying active with her husband, young son, and two dogs.
